Blaise Slattery is a Director with LA Realty Partners specializing in office landlord and tenant representation. Blaise services a broad range of clients across all Southern California submarkets. Blaise grew up in San Diego, California and moved to Los Angeles after graduating from Southern Methodist University with a Degree in Economics with Financial Applications. He is known for his ability to develop meaningful and lasting relationships, while also working diligently to ensure that his clients always achieve elite results.

Gary Weiss is one of the founding Principals of L.A. Realty Partners and has been an active broker in the Los Angeles area since 1987. He started his career at Studley, specializing in the West Los Angeles submarket, focusing on tenant representation. After 13 years at Studley as one of their consistently top-producing brokers, Mr. Weiss left in 1999 to start up the commercial brokerage division of Wall Street investment bank, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, headquartered in Century City. Shortly after DLJ’s takeover by Credit Suisse First Boston, Gary left CSFB in January 2002 and joined the JH Snyder Company as Senior Vice President, concentrating on new development, acquisition, and leasing. From there, he opened Madison Partners in Century City in March of 2004, with three other partners, which became L.A. Realty Partners in 2010.

Gary has made his reputation by representing many high profile tenants and has select high end landlord assignments. He has completed over 8.4 million square feet of transactions, and to date, has negotiated over 468 separate real estate transactions.

Additionally, he has represented over 4 million square feet of law firm, entertainment and media companies, and over 2.5 million square feet of transactions in Century City alone.

Tyler Thurlow is a Senior Director with L.A. Realty Partners specializing in office tenant and landlord representation and investment sales in the Greater Los Angeles area. Tyler is responsible for new business development and market specialization. As a member of L.A. Realty Partners, Tyler has been involved in over 2 million square feet of total lease transactions. Prior to joining L.A. Realty partners, Tyler started his career in real estate with Marcus & Millichap specializing in investment sales.

Since joining L.A. Realty Partners, Tyler has represented various tenants from a wide variety of industries including law firms, medical, family offices, media, production, marketing and technology. Additionally, he represented institutional Landlords including The Irvine Company, Douglas Emmett, Brookfield Office Properties, CalSTRS, LaSalle Investment Management and multiple others with an aggregate square footage of over 5MM square feet. On behalf of the Irvine Company, Tyler played a vital role in leasing over 380,000 SF in a 14 month period at 2121 Avenue of the Stars. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California.

Tyler lives in Manhattan Beach, California with his wife and three children.

Lisa St. John is a Founding Partner of L.A. Realty Partners, a boutique commercial real estate firm representing occupiers and owners of real estate throughout Los Angeles. She brings a strong background in financial analysis and strategic consulting to each assignment. Over her career, she has completed over 3,000 tenant and landlord representation transactions for clients.
Prior to forming L.A. Realty Partners, Lisa served as a Managing Director at both Trammell Crow Company and Jones Lang LaSalle, specializing in the Greater Los Angeles office real estate market. She has been recognized nationally with both firms as a “Top Broker” and held leadership positions with both firms.
Lisa has also been recognized as an outstanding real estate professional throughout her career. She is the recipient of the “Transaction of the Year Award” by the Los Angeles Business Journal, received CoStar’s “Largest Transaction” Award, and has been honored nationally by Commercial Property News. She was also recognized as one of the “Top Women in Real Estate,” and featured on the cover of Real Estate Southern California.
Ms. St. John previously worked for Citibank, N.A. in the International Banking Group, primarily in Tokyo, Japan where she was Citibank’s first woman officer in Japan.
Lisa’s client list includes J.P. Morgan, Hudson Pacific Properties, Kennedy Wilson, Equity Office Properties, The Irvine Company, LaSalle Investment Management, Onni Group, CIM and Vantage Property Investors. She has also represented tenants throughout Los Angeles, including Loyola Marymount University, GM Cruise, Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles, Providence Health and Services, and The Los Angeles Unified School District in the purchase of their 1 million square foot headquarters building in Downtown Los Angeles.

Perhaps unique amongst all Los Angeles area real estate professionals, Tony Price has played key roles in corporate real estate, tenant representation, and landlord leasing in his 20-plus year real estate career.

In the real estate departments of Warner Bros. and Warner Music Group, his wide range of projects included the strategic analysis leading to the consolidation of multiple locations in Burbank, CA, New York, NY and Hamburg, Germany; creation of a real estate database of all worldwide leased and owned properties; negotiations of facility acquisitions and dispositions for WB and WMG divisions including Elektra, Atlantic, WEA, DC Comics, Turner Broadcasting, and Hanna Barbera, as well as the land sale of 230 acres the studio owned in Santa Clarita, CA.

As a vice president at The Staubach Company, he handled multiple relocation assignments for Morgan Stanley, Sybase, Unocal and MCI Telecommunications and was a key team member in the 119,000 SF headquarters relocation for UniHealth in Burbank. He also completed 10-year real estate strategic plans for Verizon (then GTE), reducing the company’s investment in land and buildings in three regions - Southern California, Everett, WA and Durham, NC.

Prior to joining LA Realty Partners Tony held a senior leasing position at Douglas Emmett, Inc. at Warner Center Towers where he leased more than 1.2 million square feet in more than 265 lease transactions. There he was consistently recognized for his creative problem solving skills as well as for his strong people skills, working with brokers, property managers, and tenants.

Chris Houge has built his career representing Tenants, Landlords and Investors in the West Los Angeles marketplace. A specialist in the market and all facets of space acquisition, disposition and financial analysis, Chris has been involved in over 28 million square feet of lease and sale assignments for a total consideration in excess of $4 billion. Before becoming a Principal at LA Realty Partners, Chris was a Principal at Madison Partners, a Senior Vice President at Insignia/ESG for 4 years and a Senior Vice President at CB Richard Ellis in West Los Angeles for 18 years. Chris is a top performer year in and year out with the firms, locally and nationally.

George is an Executive Director at L.A. Realty Partners, specializing in tenant representation and investment sales throughout Los Angeles. He is known for his integrity and commitment to his clients and for his seamless ability to execute complex transactions, regardless of the challenges that arise. He is also regarded by his clients and other industry members as a grounded and balanced person as a result of his straightforward approach to deal making and business as a whole. Prior to that, Rick spent 11 years with CBRE in West Los Angeles. While at these firms he was consistently recognized as a top performer both locally and nationally.

With over 27 years of real estate experience, Peter Best is a Principal of L.A. Realty Partners. Mr. Best has extensive knowledge of the Southern California marketplace, representing both tenants and landlords in a broad spectrum of services from Transaction Management to Corporate Services.

Prior to his position as a founding Principal of L.A. Realty Partners, Mr. Best was a Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, responsible for Southern California office leasing, and also a Principal at Trammell Crow Company in the Global Services Division. Mr. Best received national recognition as one of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Top Brokers, as well as one of Trammell Crow Company’s Top Producers during his tenure at each firm. Previously, Mr. Best served as senior vice president for Grubb & Ellis where he achieved recognition as one of the Top Ten producing office brokers for 12 consecutive years. Twice, Mr. Best has been the recipient of the “Transaction of the Year Award” by REIAC and The Los Angeles Business Journal and has been honored nationally by Commercial Property News. Mr. Best received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado where he majored in Economics. Mr. Best is the former chairman of the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association and he served on the Board of Directors for 12 years.

Hunt Barnett is a Principal with and Owner of L.A. Realty Partners, and has been a top broker in Los Angeles for more than 38 years. Hunt specializes in advising clients on all aspects of tenant and landlord representation including strategic planning, lease, purchase/sale, consultation, marketing, planning/construction and arbitration issues.

Hunt’s vast experience advising tenants, landlords and investors provides his clients with a unique perspective that most brokers cannot provide. Hunt was a Principal with Madison Partners from 2004 to 2010, and before that Hunt was a Senior Managing Director with Insignia/ESG where his performance and leadership established the Insignia/ESG Century City office as the top brokerage firm in the market at the time of its acquisition by CB Richard Ellis in July 2003. Prior to Insignia/ESG Hunt was with CB Richard Ellis for over 19 years where he was a regional and national top producer.

Throughout his career, Hunt has completed more than 1,300 lease transactions totaling over 13 million square feet. He represents large, institutional commercial real estate firms in providing leasing and disposition services for their West Los Angeles office building portfolios, which comprised of 28 properties and over 9.7 million square feet. For over 15 years Hunt represented a major international defense contractor, in over 40 tenant representation assignment totaling in excess of 4 million square feet.

Hunt has represented numerous local and regional firms in tenant representation assignments while conducting parallel assignments for several national and regional institutional landlords/investors.
Hunt is a past recipient of the Los Angeles Business Journal's "Tenant Broker Award" and "Landlord Broker Award" and has been honored numerous times including "Hot Broker" by the California Real Estate Journal and "Power Broker" by Costar/Commercial Property News.
